Mushroom Dumplings



Mushroom Filling Ingredients:

1/4 cup coriander

half a thumb of ginger

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1.5 tablespoon soy

1/8 liquid stock.


Blend ingredients (or put through food processor).

2: In a bowl mix this with 1.5 cups of mushroom and 1/2 cup of tofu (cut in to small cubes).

3:Fill each dumpling with about 1 teaspoon of filling.

Note: Alternatively you can put all the ingredients in the food processor so the inside of dumpling is more of a purée
