Maple Vanilla Granola

Ingredients: 

1.5 cups oats

1/2 cup chopped almonds

1/2 cup chopped cashews

1/2 cup almond meal

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/3 cup maple syrup

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Direction:

1: Mix everything together in a large bowl and then spread across a baking tray (lined with baking paper).

2: Toast in oven (175C) for about 10-15 minutes or until golden
