Breakfast Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup extremely finely grated apple (should have same consistency as applesauce)

1 cup mashed banana

½ cup dried cranberries

¼ cup roughly chopped walnuts

¾ cup frozen raspberries

1 tsp cinnamon

1½ cup rolled oats

1/2 cup dark chocolate pieces

Directions:

1. Mix apple and banana in large bowl

2. Add the rest of ingredients and mix

3. Roll in balls and put on lined baking tray

4. Place in oven (175C) for 25-30 minutes
