Banana Oat Biscuits




1 mashed banana

1 apple extremely finely grated (will have similar consistency to apple sauce)

1 1/4 cup oats

1.5 tspn vanilla extract

1/2 cup grated coconut

1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate


1: Mix all the ingredients together — if mixture feels too wet add some more oats

2: Roll in to balls and place on lined baking sheet

3: Press down on each ball (the mixtures holds its shape when baked so this will give it the cookie shape)

4: Bake for 10-15 minutes on 175 or until golden brown

5: Let cool for 5 minutes and eat (they are amazing when the chocolate is still melted!
