Banana Bread



2 large ripe bananas

1/4 cup of rice bran oil

1/2 cup almond meal

1/4 cup of raw caster sugar

1 cup of oat flour

1/2 a cup of plain white flour

4 teaspoons of baking powder

Tablespoon almond milk


1: Mash banana and then add the rest of the ingredients. The mixture will be thick

2:Spoon in to lined 1L loaf pan (if you have a bigger tin add an extra half of the mixture….otherwise your bread will be quite flat)

3: Bake for 35 minutes on 175C or until cake tester comes out clean
